1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Devpuff (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The Service
Devpuff is an interactive platform for learning to code, with lessons, coding exercises, progress tracking, and certificates. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
3. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You're responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be old enough to consent to these Terms in your country.
4. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service. In particular, don't:
- Break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, or reverse-engineer the platform.
- Abuse the in-browser code runner or AI tutor to harm the Service or others.
- Share your account to circumvent Pro limits.
5. Pro subscriptions & payments
- Devpuff Pro is a paid subscription billed monthly or yearly.
- Payments are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy. We don't store your card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable - see our Refund Policy for the money-back window.
6. Content & certificates
Course content is owned by Devpuff or its licensors and is for your personal learning. Certificates verify that you completed a course; they are not accredited qualifications.
7. Termination
You can delete your account anytime from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You can export or lose access to your data on termination.
8. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devpuff is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
